The ordered products will be delivered by the Foxpost or Magyar Posta Zrt. courier services to the address specified when ordering or to the selected parcel machine. We can only deliver to Hungarian addresses.
Delivery in the case of products in stock takes place within 3-7 working days from the confirmation of the order, in the case of products made to order, 10-20 working days can be expected from the confirmation of the order.
After you have agreed with us on the date of delivery, the courier company will notify you by email about the pick-up of the product and its expected delivery time. On the day of delivery, another notification will be sent informing you.
Packages are delivered on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

• Foxpost home delivery with advance payment 3289 HUF
• MPL home delivery with cash on delivery 3910 HUF
• MPL home delivery with advance payment 2990 HUF
Delivery to parcel machines:
• MPL parcel machines with advance payment 1490 HUF
• Foxpost parcel machines with advance payment 1141 HUF
Personal receipt in Érd or Budapest is free.
If the receipt of the product fails for reasons attributable to the customer, he is obliged to reimburse the resulting damage and costs. If the receipt fails, we will try to ship the product again two more times.
In this regard, please always provide an address for delivery where you can pick up the product at the specified time.
Upon receipt of the order, the product will be returned in case of a quantity or quality complaint. In case of a legitimate objection, we will not charge an additional cost for re-delivery.
It is possible to pick up the products personally by prior arrangement in Budapest or Érd. In this case, no shipping fee is payable.
