Replacement and warranty

You can withdraw your purchase within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, you can also withdrawal your purchase before the receipt of the product.

You should notify us in writing of your intention to withdraw by e-mail or mail to info@mayamood.com, Mayamood Shop, 1201 Budapest, Barkó u. 5. post address.

In case of cancellation, the product must be returned to us undamaged.  You can send the package by courier or by mail or hand it over at the address below.

Please do not attach a new order to the returned product, even if you wish to replace it.
Simply order your new product in our webshop.

The amount will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal, if the product returned to us during this period or you confirmed the shipment.

We will use the same payment method you chose when ordering your products, unless you require another form of payment.

In the case of a defective product, you may claim a warranty claim as follows:

You may request repair or replacement unless the fulfillment of any of these would be impossible or disproportionate. If you did not request or have been asked for repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate delivery of the consideration or repair the defect at our expense or repair it, or terminate the contract. There is no place for withdrawal due to insignificant error.

However, after six months, you have to prove that the error was already at the time of completion. You can enforce your warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market. At the end of this period you lose this right.

The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements of the product when it is placed on the market, or it does not have the properties given in the manufacturer’s description.

We notify you of the enforceability of your warranty within five working days.
